Orders and Payment
Orders are processed after full payment has been received. Available payment methods may vary by country. Customers are responsible for checking which payment methods are available in their country of residence.

Processing and Delivery
Processing time: 1 to 3 business days
Shipping time: 3 to 7 business days (depending on destination)
Shipping is carried out directly from our supplier in China.

Returns and Cancellations
Please refer to our separate returns policy for all applicable conditions.

Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if tracking indicates that the parcel has been delivered. Always check the delivery address carefully.
