Returns Policy
At Ellis & Moore, we make every effort to ensure our customers’ satisfaction. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return an item. This page clearly explains our returns policy.
Return Conditions:
You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
Items may be tried on, but must not have been worn.
The return of products deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
Return Procedure:
You must notify your return request to Support@ellismoore.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (based in China).
Return the item at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping fees.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid any loss.
Refund:
Once the item has been received and its condition approved by our team, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original method of payment.
Liability:
Ellis & Moore cannot be held responsible for parcels lost when tracking indicates that delivery has been made to the address provided by the customer.
If an incorrect address was provided at the time of ordering, responsibility lies with the customer.
Any address error must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
