Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Delivery Time:

The average delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods or due to customs procedures.

Shipping Method and Origin:

All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China. Customs charges may therefore apply, depending on the delivery country.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. They depend on the weight, destination and the shipping method selected.

Responsibility During Shipping:

If the tracking information indicates that the parcel has been delivered, responsibility lies with the customer.
Please check your address carefully; any errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
